A former professional netballer, she's spent over 15 years helping people fuel well, from grassroots to elite athletes to busy parents and corporate teams. Jess Moulds is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist based in Christchurch, and founder of Relish Nutrition. She's spent over 15 years helping people fuel well, from grassroots to elite athletes through to busy parents and corporate teams.
A former professional netballer and mum of three, Jess believes performance nutrition isn't just for athletes. It's for anyone who wants to feel good and perform well every day, on the field, in the gym, or getting through a full week of work and parenting. For Jess, health always comes before performance, because when you're healthy and happy, you perform at your best. Helping people build a positive relationship with food for life is at the heart of everything she does.
She works with individuals through one-on-one consults and runs workshops and seminars for schools, sports organisations, gyms and businesses. She's also created Relish Nutrition's own digital products, including the Young Athlete 'Fuel Kit' and Relish Athlete: RISE, an 8-week programme for young female athletes. She makes regular appearances on TVNZ's Breakfast and judges the NZ Healthy Food Guide Awards.Â

  Relish Athlete Development Program  (Levels 1, 2 & 3)
