Initial Nutrition Consultation (60 mins)

A one-on-one session with me, online, to work out what's going on and what will actually make a difference for you and your family. Health first, performance follows.

Who it's for

Athletes and families who want clear, personalised guidance instead of generic advice. Maybe you're unsure what to eat before, during and after training. Maybe energy, recovery or growth is a worry, or food has started to feel stressful. Whatever it is, we'll start where you are.

What we'll cover

  • Your goals, and what's going on right now
  • Health history, growth, energy, sleep and recovery
  • Training and a typical day of eating
  • Practical next steps that suit you. This isn't a meal plan or a list of food rules.

Your own coaching portal

When you book, you get your own personal online coaching portal. Everything is in one place: your bookings, your notes, your resources and your live video session. You can book and manage your appointments there any time.

How it works

  1. Pay here. That's it for the checkout.
  2. Set up your login. You'll get an email straight away (check your junk folder if it's hiding).
  3. Book your time. Log in, head to the Coaching tab and pick a time that suits. I take consults on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm, and Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 9pm (NZ time). My calendar fills up, so it's best to book as soon as you've paid. If you can't find a time that suits, email me and I'll see if I can make something work.
  4. Fill in the pre-consult questionnaire. It's short, and it means we can get straight into what matters most to you.
  5. Meet with me online. Join from your portal on your phone or computer, by video or phone.
  6. Afterwards. Your personalised notes and relevant resources are saved in your portal for you to come back to.

Good to know

You'll get reminders before your session. If you need to change your time, you can do it in your portal, or let us know at least 24 hours before and we'll sort it.

Questions, or can't find a time that works? Email me at [email protected] and I'll point you in the right direction.
